You will receive an invitation to the service via email and by accepting it, you gain access to a project. When you click the button, you are logged in and redirected to the project. Thereafter, you can find your project on the My Builder.Cam page.
You don’t need to login again when the service is used regularly on the same device.
Click on the My Builder.Cam link in the upper right corner. The page lists all your projects. By clicking on the title, you get access to your individual project page.
If you are using the service on a new computer or your login has expired you can easily log in again.
Now you can use your own password for logging in, instead of the one-time-password.
If you are an administrator, you can send invitations from the project page by clicking the “Invite users” button. Enter the email addresses of users you want to invite and also write a message. Choose “Read-Only Access” which gives users the right to see photos but not to invite others.
Each project requires a separate invitation.
Send an invitation from the project page with the “Invite users” button. Leave “Read-Only Access” unchecked, which gives the invitee administrative rights. An administrator can invite others and edit the project, as well as the media player’s name and description.
Anyone can view the photos and videos on a public player without logging in, and you can embed the player on your own website using iframe.
The video stream of the Dual combined camera is published as is.
The visibility and format of the photos in the photo player can be adjusted as follows:
Cropped photo, for example, the photo shows only the construction site
Date, logo, or logos are added to the photo
Photos with less frequent intervals, for example, every hour, or at certain times of the day
The photos are displayed with a delay, for example, with a one-hour delay
Only the latest photo is displayed, without player buttons (recommended with a timestamp filter)
Publishing is requested from our customer support. We will create a public player according to your wishes, and send you the links.
The photos of the photo player can be processed in several different ways after installation
The private areas of the photo are blurred to make them unrecognizable
The horizon of the photo is straightened

The timelapse video includes evenly distributed photos from the chosen time period. Night photos, weekends, or certain times of the day can be removed from the footage. Timelapse videos can be requested from our support at info@builder.cam, where we will send more detailed information about the product and a link to the order form. The Pro service plan includes 6 free timelapse videos per year.
If the recording is interrupted, the administrator will be notified via email within the next business day. The Pro service also includes quality inspection, where the project’s most recent photo is checked weekly. The administrator will be notified if the photo quality is poor.
